  1. How do I create a ݮƵL account?
    Go to the link on the ݮƵ website, click "Request New User Account" and follow the step-by-step instructions to create a ݮƵL account. If you have any questions about creating your ݮƵL account, submit a ݮƵ Help Desk ticket to the Application Support team.
     
  2. What is my username and password?
    This secure information is established as part of your ݮƵL account creation. Click on "" or “ " on the ݮƵL login page for assistance with retrieving your password and/or your username. If you have any questions about your ݮƵL username and password, submit a ݮƵ Help Desk ticket to the Application Support team. For security purposes, the username can be provided over the phone once DOB, name and email is confirmed.
     
  3. What do I do if I forgot my username and/or password? 
    Click on the " " or " " link located on the ݮƵL login page to retrieve your password and/or your username. If you have any issues or require further assistance, please submit a ݮƵ Help Desk ticket to the Application Support team.
     
  4. How do I access my ECOS account?
    Login into your ݮƵL account and click View My Educator Certification Account to access your ECOS account.
