TO THE ADMINISTRATOR ADDRESSED:

Subject: New Web Links to FSP Report and Log-In Pages

The ݮƵ is migrating the Foundation School Program (FSP) system to a new secure environment, ݮƵ Login (ݮƵL), which replaces our older system, ݮƵ Secure Environment (ݮƵSE). ݮƵL provides greater, more flexible, secure access to ݮƵ applications. Eventually, all ݮƵ applications will use ݮƵL. For an overview of ݮƵL, go to /texas-educators/certification/teal-and-ecos-resources

Ongoing instructions about the migration have been sent through emails directly to affected FSP system users. If you have any technical questions related to the migration, please submit a request at for assistance.

The new web addresses to the FSP reports, including the summaries of finance and payment ledgers, and to the FSP system login will be available beginning on Monday, February 12, 2018. If you have bookmarked these pages, you should update your bookmarks. The new URLs for these pages are:
